World Charity Donations Day 2026 🧡🩶💚

At The Studio, we’re always looking for ways to make a positive difference.

Instead of sending Christmas cards last year to our team, we invited colleagues to nominate a registered charity close to their heart, redirecting the cost of cards and postage towards causes that matter.

This resulted in 17 charities being supported across children’s healthcare, cancer support, mental health, humanitarian aid, safeguarding and animal welfare. ❤️

A simple idea, but one that made a meaningful difference. We look forward to supporting more charities again this Christmas.

Welcome to Team Tuesdays! Every week we will be introducing you to a member of our brilliant team and this weeks it’s Gintare, our Venue Manager from Team Birmingham!

🎤 How long have you been part of The Studio?
Since 2013, so she’s pretty much part of the furniture! 😂

💼 What do you love about your job?
I’m lucky to have a role where every day is different. I really enjoy being involved in events, working with our clients and the team, and seeing everything come together on the day. I especially enjoy the variety of the role and the people I get to meet along the way, there’s never really a dull day!

💃 What does Gintare get up to when she’s not at The Studio?
I love keeping active, especially dancing and training at the gym. I’m also a big Formula 1 fan, love travelling and discovering new places, and spending time with my cat Luna.

🍣 Favourite food?
SUSHI. 🍣 Enough said!

📚Bookworm?
I love autobiographies, especially stories about people with fascinating careers and lives. Most recently I read Zac Brown’s and Susie Wolff’s autobiographies and really enjoyed both.

🎬 Favourite film?
Dune: Part Two - I absolutely love Hans Zimmer’s music and the soundtrack is incredible. I’m also a big fan of Zendaya!

💥 Fun fact?
I recently did a 10K inflatable obstacle course…that was fun!

When he’s not exploring with his furry duo, Andy loves:
