I don’t even know where to start – first and foremost one of the easiest booking experiences I’ve had.

The Duty Manager always had a smile on his face – such a great positive attitude made everything just awesome. The AV - I don’t think I’ve ever had everything work first time every time. The catering staff were amazing and the food was great and plentiful, everyone just had a fantastic time and I really appreciate every little thing that was done to make the team feel welcome.

We were absolutely delighted by the level of service that we received at ‘thestudio...’. Lunch and refreshments were delicious and the venue was beautiful. The décor was great and the venue just felt like a warm comfortable place. The staff were very hardworking and helpful as they had everything prepped for our breaks on time and were always cleaning/replenishing anything without us needing to ask. A big shout to Sam who kept asking if we needed anything! We could not fault our experience in the slightest. We will undoubtedly be booking again.”

The team at thestudio are amazing. They’ve saw us through lockdown brilliantly when we craved ‘getting together’ while keeping apart and are our go to venue of choice. They are flexible and client focussed which, for us, is essential. The light bright rooms and lunches, oh man… the lunches, always score highly with our attendees! We’d highly recommend working with them.

The studio provided a really creative and exciting space to deliver our event. All the staff were friendly and more than accommodating and we will definitely be approaching the studio when we have events in the future.

We have been using the Studio for over a year now and continue to be impressed by the customer relations, before and during the event, the fresh and bright environment of the Studio along with the excellent audio visual support. It is by far the best event setting I have used in 20 years of being an events coordinator.

We've used Manchester a number of times and used Leeds in October last year. We get great service every time, the set-up is perfect, the space itself is interesting and the food is great - our delegates love thestudio!

You are our favourite events venue!

On the Friday night of the event we had incredible support for setup in Wendy. She is a rock star and should really be highlighted. On the overnight, we had Zainab and Fran. They both were amazing. In previous events, our volunteers have always had to sort of remind the staff at other venues about the cleaning, etc, but not Fran. She was on top of it and it was amazing. She was very helpful with every step. Zainab was a super star at helping us sort out ethernet issues. On the Saturday night Anna was just as great, and just made it so we didn't have to worry at any point.

The staff were amazing, the venue is fantastic. I've never seen so many people compliment a venue before. You have done a wonderful job.

This is a venue I have used now for many years I know it to be high quality and reasonable in price and the staff to be very helpful. Everything was on point.

I have been so impressed with the Studio and what you have done with it. It is a fascinating place and you have given much thought to the facilities. It really is a first class venue and I only wish I was in Birmingham more often so that I could use it on a more frequent basis.

It’s a really great venue. Nicely laid out, a very relaxing atmosphere. Top-notch equipment. I loved the self-service coffee machine, meaning everyone could just grab a coffee when they wanted, not at set times.

Once I called to enquire I had such good service I knew that's the one I wanted to book immediately! Would definitely use again and recommend to others! Natasha was outstanding the entire day. We train people in customer service and would happily use her as an example of greatness. She thoroughly upheld your values of customer first.

The Studio Glasgow is a fabulous venue, we try to use for all of our events. The staff are so helpful and friendly from start to finish and the facilities are really lovely and fit for purpose. One of our trainers has even described it as being like ‘a TV studio’. The food is phenomenal, to the point of one of our delegates even asking for the recipe from the chef! The Studio is definitely one of the best venues in Glasgow and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had a fantastic time on Tuesday and couldn't have asked for the day to go any better. The venue was brilliant and thestudio was super accommodating throughout the whole process. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back in the future.

Transport Focus have run events across GB. The Studio helped us deliver the best we've done in 12 years....great help and support on the day and in the build-up.

The service is always great at the Studio. The team always look after our events exceptionally well and nothing is ever too much to do for us. This is one of the few venues where we get great feedback for catering (it's always a touch subject)! I would definitely recommend this venue to others.

Saturday did go brilliantly!! And your team were amazing!

They popped up with a pre-delivery on a trolley, then suggested we fetch it the rest up on three trolleys. A few extra hands went down, no vehicle needed. By the time they were back the Cathedral had been filling up. But no downing tools from the Studio team, no.... up with the sleeves and onward into the crowded chaos serving with a smile, clearly experienced with trench warfare and relishing every moment.

230 people were served, a happy mood prevailed, joyous music sprinkled itself upon the gatherers.......all went away clutching a gift.

I wanted to drop a note to thank you for your work on our event. As always we really enjoyed using the Studio and had lots of positive feedback from our delegates. Food was tasty and staff were fab! Thank you for holding our lunch back as well, Carol and I really enjoyed actually being able to sit and enjoy it for once!

During the day, the level of service we received was extremely commendable. This includes everything from the front desk, and floor reception staff, technology support and catering. The quality of refreshments was superb, in terms of freshness, quality of ingredients and presentation.
