UPDATE: 29.04.2022:

Due to the lifting of all remaining Covid-19 restrictions we are pleased to confirm all of our venues are now open and operating as normal in both England and Scotland.

We will continue to take some responsible precautions which we have outlined below.

In person event planning with thestudio

We've all been looking forward to a return to normal and whilst we are excited to now be able to do this we understand that you and your guests still may have some questions about how your event will be operated and how guests safety will continue to take priority.

You can find further information on how we will continue to operate Safe and Seamless events below.

What everyone is saying…

Since reopening our venues we've had some great feedback on the way things have gone. Read some snippets below:

Laing O Rourke

“Our 2 trainers and 8 delegates recently used The Studio in Manchester for a training course, the room they provided us was big enough for our group to socially distance and our group felt safe and at ease in the building as there were plenty of hand sanitiser stations. Each delegate was provided a sealed snack pack on their table which was a nice touch. Looking forward to using The Studio for future bookings knowing they have high Covid safety measures in place.”

Provident

“It was fantastic, we felt very very safe and we’re really impressed with the facilities and set up, it was much appreciated.”

Morses Club

“Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank-you for all your help setting up our meeting yesterday.  The information received from The Studio prior to the meeting relating to your Covid risk assessment and the actions you have taken were thorough and gave me confidence that my colleagues would be kept safe during their visit. I have been in touch with the team this morning and they said everything was ‘great and went without a hitch’.”

We will automatically set the room to normal capacity. Should you specifically wish to book a room based on socially distanced capacities we are very happy to accommodate you on request though please note this may be subject to an additional supplementary charge.

What are your room capacities?

Whether there is a requirement to socially distance at 2m, 1m or not at all we have prepared a handy room capacity information chart for you to view here.

What if the rules or my plans change?

We can only take bookings based on the restrictions and guidance at the time of booking. We do of course understand that things may change before we get to the date of your booking, which prevent it from operating as intended.

We don't believe this should be a barrier to you pushing ahead with your plans. We are determined to offer you the support and flexibility you need to make the bold step back to booking events at thestudio and to make changes if you need to.

To find out what we can do to help visit our 'Boldly Go' page here.

What are you doing to ensure my guests safety?

We are accredited with the AIM Secure Covid-19 industry standards across all of our venues.

Whilst, in line with government guidance, we have relaxed some measures we are still committed to ensuring that all of our staff, clients and their guests feel comfortable whilst visiting our venues and ensure they are receiving a safe and seamless experience. You can find details of what we will continue to do to ensure staff and guest safety in the 'Are you going 'back to normal' or will there still be some restrictions?' question above.
